Community Building Blocks

Connect with others in a dynamic, virtual 90-minute group session. Discuss CLD themes and frameworks to help activate change and lead through collaborative action. Reflect on effective, community-focused strategies to respond to current challenges and opportunities you are facing in your work.

CLD Clinics

Individual online support in a 1:2:1 mentoring session with an experienced CLD Practitioner. Dive deeper, and apply the CLD tools specific to your project or community’s needs.

In-person one-day skills workshops designed to strengthen your community-led practices and local connections in a dynamic group environment.

Co-Matters Webinar Series

Community innovation webinar series focused on collaboration, thought leadership and influencing the systems shifts needed to enable effective change. Explore evidence, practical frameworks, tangible examples and stories – delivered by leading community change experts from across Aotearoa and internationally.


CONNECT brings small groups of 5-6 people together online, creating a supportive, peer-mentoring environment where the topic of discussion is flexible and depends on participant needs. Facilitated by an experienced CLD Practitioner.


Community coaching provides you and your project team with the space to reflect on your CLD practice, understand what’s working and figure out the next steps. Our Community Coaching is for anyone working in locally-led ways, whether on your own, as part of a Government agency, community group, or business.
